In our everyday life we
creates problem in our health by eating unhealthy foods, packet snacks and
drinking unclean water. That are contains chemicals, it directly or indirectly
affects our body. We have to detoxin our body for stay health.
Drink warm water in morning
Every morning drink 2 to 3 cup
warm water. Night time digestion power is less than normal. If you drink warm
water in morning your digestion improve then toxins from your digestion path
also removed.

Breathing exercise in the morning give more
benefits to our body also cure so many diseases and protect from health issues.

to remove toxins from your stomach and mouth. Take one and half tablespoon of
coconut oil or olive oil move front and back within mouth like a mouth splash.
Do a mouth splash. You can see the color changing of oil because toxins from
stomach move towards to mouth. Do oil pulling in every day morning with empty
stomach.
