Delivery is difficult one for
women?
Labor pain situation many
woman cannot give birth to baby in normal delivery because of their body
condition. Few years ago after delivery women can do their work from 1 or 2
days in her delivery because of their life style. They do all her regular work
from 1 semester of her pregnancy but current situation when the woman confirm
pregnancy always take rest. Take rest is one of the conditions in pregnancy
time, it’s wrong. Women can do all her work normally during pregnancy time.
Pregnancy is happiest time to enjoy, not a sick to take rest.
Tips for improve normal
delivery:
Exercise and yoga is most helpful in pregnancy it improves
health of baby in womb week by week.. If you stretch your body or active your
muscles from regular work, then separate exercise is not needed. Otherwise yoga
or exercise must need for stretch your body that can help in delivery time.
Yoga poses utkatasana, konasana, bhadrasana, vakrasana .It strengthens pelvic
area and give flexibility to body to make baby position for normal delivery. Breathing
exercise must need for pregnancy time. It completely reduces your stress and
maintains good sleep and relax mind. Slowly in hale through your nose and pause
few seconds the slowly exhale.20-30 minutes walking in morning sunlight. It
reduces vitamin D deficiency. Your body automatically gets Vitamin D, B3 from
sun light. Always hydrate your body, drink at least 2-3 litre water daily. It
helps for regular blood circulation

Women with critical or other health issues must avoid all.
They must consult doctor for their delivery.
