Menstrual cycle:
Every month ovum released from the
ovary. Ovum is travel through the fallopian tube. Ovum join with sperm then
conception occur. Otherwise ovum and endometrium layer come outside in the form
of blood it's called menstrual cycle. Every 28 day once normally menstrual
cycle is occurred.
Proper bleeding:
menstrual cycle or regular period is very important
for fertility but proper bleeding in menstruation time is also important at
least change 3 pads per day in menstrual cycle is normal.
Two abnormal conditions are in menstrual cycle:
One category is struggled by heavy blood flow,
another category struggle for less blood flow during period or blood spotting.
Less blood flow is serious than heavy blood flow because it affects the
fertility of women. Less blood flow during period woman can change less than 2
pads per day, getting spotting blood or just one day bleeding in fewer
amounts. It makes her stress.

Hormonal imbalance:
Hormonal
imbalance is one of the most common reason for both heavy and less blood flow
in menstrual cycle. High level stress, improper sleeping time and not
maintaining adequate sleeping time are the main reasons for hormonal imbalance.
prolative hormone prolactive hormone level unbalance is also reason for less blood flow you cannot
manage your stress then it create prolactive hormone imbalance. prolateral levels changed also in weight
gain. You cannot maintain your weight then it create problem in menstrual
cycle.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Polycystic ovary syndrome is very commonly
seen in young girls. One of the main reason for irregular menstrual cycle and
infertility. Amount of androgen hormone levels are increases and genetic factor
also create polycystic ovary syndrome.
Tuberculosis (TB):
Commonly
known as TB also reason for less blood flow. It affects the endometrium layer
formation. endometrium formed like a scar in uterus then it’s called asherman
syndrome. TB for less blood flow must be treated in earlier because it may
leads to permanent infertility.
Premature Ovary action:
In
this case ovary is failure in early stage. Premature ovary action starts with
less blood flow and getting spotting blood during period finally go to
menopause stage in early age of 35.
Anemia:
Another common reason for less blood
flow during period is anemia, vitamin D deficiency and obesity. You can avoid
these problems with proper regular diet and exercise, maintain stress and
weight management.
Thyroid:
Hyperthyroidism creates problem in
menstrual cycle. It increases the metabolism that consumes more energy from
your body, so you get tired easily. Thyroid is also the reason for less blood
flow.
